My name is Shrinivas Joshi, Owner and Broker at Dream Realty. I migrated to the United States in 2003, driven by the dream of owning my own home. In 2009, I purchased my first home and quickly realized that the home-buying process was far more challenging than it seemed. Unfortunately, the realtors I worked with at the time lacked the knowledge and support I needed, leaving me overwhelmed and almost ready to give up.

This experience stayed with me, inspiring me to learn the ins and outs of real estate so I could become the go-to person for buyers, providing guidance every step of the way. In 2013, I became a licensed realtor and worked with a few brokerages to gain a deeper understanding of the business. By 2018, I established Dream Realty—a one-stop destination for buyers and sellers, offering comprehensive support, including assistance with closing costs and realtor credits.
